Shipping Information

We ship our products as insured parcels with our logistics partner DHL.

Items that are in stock are dispatched Monday to Friday, so you can expect delivery within 2–5 days after we receive your payment.

Delivery within Germany:
For each order, we charge a flat rate of €6.70 for packaging and delivery.

Important information for customers in other EU countries:
Due to the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR), applicable since 12 August 2026, we have temporarily suspended shipping to other EU countries, with the exception of Austria. Customers in those countries can currently place orders only if they provide a delivery address in Germany.

We ship our products within Europe to the following countries at the following rates:

€13.50 = Austria

€19.49 = United Kingdom

€22.49 = Norway, Liechtenstein, Iceland
