Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n

Right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods.<\/p>\n

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Sonnen-Leder GmbH, M\u00fchlbachstr. 20, 78351 Bodman-Ludwigshafen, Germany, info@sonnenleder.com, telephone: +49 (0) 7773 9329-10) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not obligatory.<\/p>\n

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https:\/\/www.sonnenleder.com\/en\/cancel-contract\/<\/a>. If you use this online function, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium, for example by email, without delay. This acknowledgement will include the content of your withdrawal statement and the date and time it was received.<\/p>\n

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.<\/p>\n

Effects of withdrawal<\/h2>\n

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us. We will reimburse you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.<\/p>\n

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.<\/p>\n

You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days after the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.<\/p>\n

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.<\/p>\n
